KEYWORD TARGETING

With such a high volume of traffic that was currently being missed due to a lack of targeting, Firestarter identified target keywords for each core page of their website. This accounted for over 4,000 searches per month.

LINK BUILDING

A major part of the strategy was building relevant links back to the website to create trust with Google and authority in the industry. The primary focus was getting the site listed on directories in order to establish local visibility. When we first began working with them, their backlink profile was minimal. Therefore, we knew this was likely to be the biggest need for the client.

Optimization

Our first round of optimization was to clean up the technical errors on the site. After the site was scoring close to 100%, we began working to optimize the content on each individual core page by adding titles, descriptions, headings, and strategic keyword placement for each page. This developed trust, clarity, and authority with search engines such as Google and Bing.
